Nickie CP6

Last night, I managed to pick another loud venue for Amr and I to meet. ;) I had been craving sushi and he lives near Mr Roboto, so we met there. Turns out, Amr didn't want to eat at all, whoops. His mind was on the toefl test he was taking this morning. He said he is only taking it so early because he wants to know where he stands in his studies. However, he'd be ecstatic if he passed it. He conversed with my boyfriend Ken, who drove over from South Carolina. They spoke some foreign language called soccer while I wolfed down my sushi and pretended to follow the conversation. We also talked about his new car. Amr's mind was obviously on the test, so we cut our meeting short so he could go back home and study. I know he'll be relieved when he can be done studying English and start on his Masters degree. He'll be visiting family in Atlanta for Thanksgiving, and hopefully he'll have his test results when we meet next.  He's communicating very well, I'm anxious to see how the test evaluates his skills.
